PermaSafe

Antimicrobial Surface Protection system

A Safe Solution PermaSafe is a state-of-the-art Long-Term Antimicrobial Surface Protection System engineered specifically for interior surface use. Effective on all interior surfaces, a PermaSafe System installation starts with an initial sanitization of the surface, applicable air ventilation systems and duct work.

The proprietary, EPA registered, broad-spectrum, hospital grade disinfectant eliminates over 99.999% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, mildew and other harmful microbes that can be hazardous to health, while also removing allergens and odors.

Once clean, sanitized and deodorized, the spaces and surfaces are then blanketed with PermaSafe SHIELD, the patented semi-permanent, Antimicrobial Surface Protectant.

While effective antimicrobials are not new, PermaSafe SHIELD’s ability to provide continuous antimicrobial control, and do so through a physical or “mechanical” process without the repeated use of harmful chemicals, is revolutionary.

The Science Behind PermaSafe

Conventional disinfectants and antimicrobials kill microbes by poisoning them with toxic chemicals and are designed to both act and dissipate quickly to avoid also harming humans and animals. Unfortunately, as soon as they evaporate, so does their antimicrobial capabilities.

Unlike other antimicrobials, PermaSafe SHIELD is non-corrosive, non-hazardous, odor free, environmentally neutral, and can remain antimicrobially active for months.

Prolonged Antimicrobial Protection

Once cured, the antimicrobial coating forms an invisible shield that inhibits the growth of microorganisms and helps prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. Because the cell walls of harmful microorganisms are negatively charged, they are electrostatically drawn towards and pulled onto the positively charged spikes and destroyed, as the spikes both impale and electrostatically “shock” the microbes.
